The two persons of Pharaoh's palace were hired to mix poison in food of Pharaoh, as we discussed earlier that common people of Egypt also admitted the Pharaoh as god, so the one of them who mixed poison told the Pharaoh, both were sent to same jail where Yousuf was also sentenced for prison. The conspiracy was revealed over to Pharaoh that it was plan of temple.
